• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order number along with a clear photo or video showing the issue.

3. Wait for approval and receive instructions for returning the item.

Please note that we may ask for additional proof to process your return request.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Cash refunds are not available.

• If your return is approved, you will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.

• Store credit is typically issued within 7 working days after the return is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date.

• Items returned without prior approval.

• Returns based on personal preference or change of mind.
